HOW TO APPLY?

I already have an account as outside applicant Login to Your IFSU.HRIS Portal

For Employed Applicants- Applicant who are currently employed with the University and registered in the MIS profiling.


Login to HRIS portal using your MIS account and follow the step starting number 2. To log in click here.


For Outside Applicants- Applicant who are not currently employed with the University or not registered in the MIS profiling.


NOTE: It is very important to read carefully and follow all the steps on how to apply as a new applicant of the Ifugao State University.

STEP 1 - REGISTRATION

Applicant must fill out the online registration form. Please enter correct and honest information being required to minimize the chances of your application being rejected.

d. Provide secure password

e. Read the terms and condition of the system then click the checkbox

f. Click submit registration button for confirmation


Once Completed

  • Click submit registration button for confirmation and congratulatory message will pop up informing you a successful registration.
STEP 2 - ACTIVATION

a. Login to your account.

b. Complete your profile trough uploading profile picture, input your family information, eligibility, work experience, training/seminars, skills and add your character references person until 100% completed.

Once Completed

Click refresh button and a congratulation message will pop up informing you to activate your account.

STEP 3 - APPLICATION

File your application using the search engines from your dashboard, click apply now then proceed to application. A message will pop up informing your successful application.

STEP 4 - CHECK APPLICATION

Once application is submitted, you can monitor the status of your application using "My Applications" menu or check your email for notifications.


STEP 5 - FULL ACCESS TO HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

All successful applicants who have been activated are granted full access to the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The applicant can use his/ her login credentials to open the portal, if in case the apllicant forgot his/ her account password, he/ she must request forgot password using the system and new generated password will be send through email.
